Origins
Both of my grandfathers were electricians, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors. They showed me early that financial independence is built through ownership, discipline, and showing up. My father's career as a musician added something different: the best work, in any field, has craft and intention behind it.
Those two influences, the builder and the artist, are the lens through which I approach every deal and every client relationship.
The Path
My career has not been linear, and that has been its biggest advantage. Coordinating $24M in real estate transactions at CHORD, deploying hardware at USPS facilities and hospitals with DARVIS, and overseeing a multi-state retail portfolio at Highland Capital. Each chapter built a different layer of skill.
The result is a consultant who can evaluate a lease, model a deal, manage a redevelopment, and communicate across every stakeholder in the room.
Approach
I focus on the problem, not the activity. Before any recommendation, I ask: what is the real issue, what does success look like, and what's in the way? Most underperforming assets have a clear path forward. It just takes someone willing to look past the surface.
Looking Ahead
I am building toward full-time investing, deploying capital into commercial real estate and forward-looking businesses that create durable returns and genuine community value.
My experience across real estate, technology, and finance gives me a vantage point most investors don't have. I can evaluate assets and businesses with equal fluency, and I am drawn to situations where that breadth creates a distinct edge.
