La Lumbre started as a Saturday pop-up in a gas station parking lot with one grill and our grandmother's mole recipe. Five years later we've got a trompo, a patio, and a line out the door — but the masa is still pressed by hand every single morning.
Everything here is made from scratch: salsas, tortillas, horchata, even the hot sauce we bottle and sell at the counter.
